Group Day Trip Planning Support

Are you a leader of a group who would like to plan a group day trip in the New York metropolitan area but don't know where to start? Let the experienced Engagement Directors and Group Leaders at North Star Inclusive Rec Solutions take care of the special trip event planning, organization, group communication and sign up for you! Our service includes the following: (1) We act as a Liaison between the Tour Company and the Group so the group can collectively pick a destination and itinerary (2) We generate digital flyers and a sign-up link on our website to help the group promote the outing (3) We provide one in-person Group Trip Information Session and one virtual Trip Information Session per Group Trip (4) We collect each individual's registration information and furnish the Group's leader with an organized list of attendees & emergency contact info for the day of the trip (5) We happily answer your group members questions about the trip itinerary & accessibility via email, call or text (6) We send out group emails to inform the group of trip itinerary updates and meeting time/location (8) We coordinate with the group "point of contact" to assist him/her with the collection of the all-inclusive Tour Company fee for transportation, an on-site Tour Manager, lunch fees/tips, museum fees, and/or show ticket fees for each group member who signs up for the trip and pays the North Star "planning service fee". (8) We collect a $16 flat service fee at time of registration per trip attendee to cover the cost of our comprehensive services.
